There are additional mandatory fields below. "Mainly geared to children" at must be answered "No" unless there is a children's app in general.However, then there are several guidelines to be met, including no link to external websites. Google then manually checks such apps. The item "Contains advertisements" should be selected with "Yes" if advertising is displayed in the app. There is still the question "deactivate advertising". This should be disabled by default unless the app is not advertised outside of Google.

At the bottom of the page are two mandatory fields that must be accepted: "Content Policy" and "US Export Regulations." These are to be accepted and followed.
